Sales Trainer

Job Description:

  • Demonstrating, observing, and providing feedback to trainees on delivery of a training course.
  • Assisting in revising content for present sales teaching sessions that are aligned to commercial needs.
  • Interrogate sessions with office leader to assess effect on recital and recognize trends.
  • Back sales development consultants with their scheduling and association.
  • Create/ Manage user-friendly credentials and job assistance.
  • Delivering study material and managing the classroom.
  • Recommend office staffs in elected areas concentrating on new recruiter, with special attention to on-boarding, training, and reinforcement,
  • Backing the management team with growth, application, improvements, and strengthening around all sides of transfer process and systems.
  • Organize and manage documentation from structured training and coaching sessions.

Desired Skills:

  • Fluent communication abilities
  • Previous sales experience
  • Preceding knowledge either with training and coaching trainees
  • Understanding of needs of client
  • Have a strong idea of life-cycle of sales procedures
  • Knowledge in supporting and providing response to the team members.
  • Able to travel 2-3 times a month if necessary
